We believe that traditions are the basis. We therefore make sure that each of our tapsters can draft beer at the highest level, and that each chef in the restaurant transforms fresh ingredients into a unique taste experience.

Traditional Tafelspitz

Meat served in a strong broth with potato rösti and apple horseradish. A delicacy that even Emperor Francis Joseph I loved. Now it is in Prague according to a traditional recipe.

The draft is the most common way of tapping beer. It is based on pouring in one go so that at the end there is a wet creamy foam that does not exceed the rim of the glass.

Shnyt is a smaller measure of beer with a larger proportion of creamy foam. It is the thick layer of foam that gives the beer a finer edge and keeps it fresh for a longer time. That’s why Shnyt is suitable as a tasting beer for the tap or also an ideal choice for those who no longer have the appetite or time for a large beer.
